After your project is completed, Dell Construction continues to deliver value by coordinating building systems training and by providing complete, well-organized closing documentation. Eleven months after the project is completed, we conduct a walk-through to document any concerns or warranty items that need to be addressed before the subcontractor's standard one year warranty period expires.
