Safety is A Top Priority!
Safety in all Dell Construction's operations is not only a goal, it is a requirement. It is the policy of the company to provide a safe and healthful place of employment for project owners, employees, subcontractors and visitors. Our safety program is directed by Mike Endle, Owner and Safety Director. Mike works closely with everyone to ensure that the safety policies are current and adhered to by all involved in each project. However, all employees are responsible for monitoring and following safe practices and are trained to be so. Safety is Goal Number 1!!
